Product Description
The steel structure pass-through shot blasting cleaning machine is a multi-functional steel shot blasting pretreatment equipment for cleaning H steel, section steel, grid frame, and steel plate. The shot blasting device is arranged in a multi-angle form, and an advanced high-efficiency shot blasting device is selected to throw out high-speed and dense projectile beams, which strike at various parts of the workpiece in the original state for three-dimensional and all-round cleaning, so that the rust layer, welding slag, oxide scale and other dirt on each surface of the workpiece quickly fall off, and a smooth surface with a certain roughness is obtained. It improves the adhesion between the paint film and the steel surface, improves the fatigue and corrosion resistance of the workpiece, improves the inherent quality of the workpiece, and prolongs its service life.
Structure and working principle of steel shot blasting machine:
This machine is mainly composed of a cleaning room, indoor conveying roller table and inlet and outlet conveying roller table, shot blasting device, projectile circulation system (including hoist, separator, vertical and horizontal screw conveyor, and shot supply pipeline), purging mechanism, dust removal, electrical control, and other functional components).
Principle: The steel plate shot blasting machine is a high-function operation cleaning machine with continuous feeding. During the cleaning process, when the electrically controlled variable frequency speed regulating conveying roller table sends the steel structural parts or steel and steel plates into the projecting area in the cleaning room, all sides of the body are hit and rubbed by powerful and dense projectiles from eight shot blasting devices with different coordinate orientations, so that the oxide layer and dirt on it quickly fall off, and the steel surface obtains a smooth surface with a certain roughness. The projectiles and rust dust that fall on the steel are recycled and spiraled to the projectile circulation system, and the rollers on both sides of the cleaning room are loaded and unloaded. During the cleaning process, the scattered projectile dust mixture is collected in the lower part of the hoist through the chamber funnel and the vertical and horizontal screw conveyor and then lifted to the separator on the upper part of the machine. The separated pure projectiles fall into the separator hopper for shot-blasting recycling.
